“Shala” is a Sanskrit term that translates as “house” or “home” or “adobe”.

Our highly knowledgeable and well-trained team aims to create a safe, non-judgmental and non-competitive environment for everyone. 

You will find a range of daily classes in our timetable as well as weekly/monthly events for all abilities.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a set sequence of asanas (physical poses) that are synchronized with the breath.

We offer Mysore (assisted-self practice) Led and Beginner’s classes

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is an umbrella term and covers most physical yoga classes. In a typical hatha class you can expect some pranayama (deep breathing exercises) and meditation.

We offer various Hatha classes for different levels, including Yin Yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga.

Pranayama & Meditation

Although our teachers offer pranayama and meditation in their regular classes according to their lesson plans, we run session particularly dedicated to focus on practices.
