Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a set sequence of asanas (physical poses) that are synchronized with the breath.
We offer Mysore (assisted-self practice) Led and Beginner’s classes.

Beginners Yoga
We welcome complete beginners and those with little experience to most of our classes – unless otherwise is mentioned in the class title for more advanced practitioners. –
Our friendly, supportive environment ensures everyone feels comfortable, with classes tailored to meet your needs.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is an umbrella term and covers most physical yoga classes. In a typical hatha class you can expect some pranayama (deep breathing exercises) and meditation.
We offer various Hatha classes for different levels, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow and Therapeutic Yoga.
