I'm not flexible or strong. Can I do Yoga?
Yes, everyone can do yoga. While some postures might require a bit of flexibility and strength, our teachers are well-prepared to offer modifications to accommodate your needs.
Yoga is not just about being flexible or strong; it offers numerous other benefits, including improved mental clarity, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Don’t feel intimidated—give yourself and yoga a chance.
I'm a beginner. Which yoga class should I start with?
Most of our classes are suitable for all levels. Read the class description when booking a class, the level of the class is mentioned in the title in some cases.

Although you can begin with the majority of classes we recommend below classes; Yoga for All, Hatha Yoga For All, Yin Yoga, Weekend Flow
Ashtanga Yoga Mysore classes are also perfect for beginners.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Form-fitting clothes are often preferred to ensure you can move freely and the instructor can see your form. Yoga pants or leggings paired with a moisture-wicking top are popular choices. Avoid overly loose clothing as it can get in the way during certain poses.
Do I need to book in advance? If yes, how? Can I cancel my booking.
Yes, online booking is essential. First, choose the class you want to attend and click book and then you will be asked to create an account with MomoYoga if you haven’t already.
Through this process, you will be able to choose a membership or package that suits your needs and finish the booking.
The cancellation window is 6 hours for daily Yoga classes. For events ready the event description.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We provide mats and other props in the studio. Feel free to bring your own props if you want to.
How early should I arrive for a yoga class?
We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes before the class starts. This allows you time to check in, set up your space, and relax before the class begins. If it’s your first visit, please arrive a little earlier to complete any necessary paperwork and get a brief orientation of the studio.
Are there any health conditions or injuries that I should inform the instructor about?
Yes, it’s important to inform your instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations you may have before the class begins. This allows the teacher to provide appropriate modifications and ensure a safe practice for you. If you’re unsure whether yoga is suitable for your condition, please consult your healthcare provider before attending a class.
I am pregnant can I do Yoga?
Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine, and inform your yoga instructor about your pregnancy so they can provide appropriate modifications and guidance.
We don’t recommend doing Yoga during your first trimester.
