What should I wear to a yoga class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Form-fitting clothes are often preferred to ensure you can move freely and the instructor can see your form. Yoga pants or leggings paired with a moisture-wicking top are popular choices. Avoid overly loose clothing as it can get in the way during certain poses.
